The DS-2600 is the latest offering for entry level dictation from OM System. This new device maintains the core principles of the previous the DS-2500 – offering users a basic software package alongside a high quality recording device. However, the new DS-2600 now offers Slide Switch Control functionality. Slide Control operation allows users to dictate in a familiar analogue style using a single wear-free slide control. This feature has previously been exclusive to top-end dictation machines – now the all new OM System DS-2600 is the very first machine to offer users a top-end slide control functionality at an entry level cost.

There is more to creating texts by speaking than just recording. The DSS (Digital Speech Standard) allows for fast file editing (insert, overwrite, append, erase/cut).
High Quality, Low Noise Microphone
The New DS series incorporates low noise omni-directional microphones and a shock absorber covers the microphone unit to minimise touch noises from your hands during operation.

Easy Dictation Management with DSS Player Standard
The DS-2600 comes with DSS Player Standard Software (Mac & PC). This user-friendly software gives a complete overview of all of your dictations for easy management. DSS Player also imports your dictations onto your computer from the device.
In case the meeting gets bigger…
If you want to record a meeting or a larger sized conference, connect one or more external microphones to the DS-2600 and capture every voice. Up to 6 ME33 Microphones can be connected in parallel or in series.
OM System AS-2400
The OM System AS-2400 guarantees easy transcriptions of any DSSPro, DSS, WAV, WMA, and MP3 recordings.
For dedicated transcription needs, OM System offers the AS-2400 Transcription Kit which includes an RS-28 footswitch and E-102 Headset for hands-free operation.
Data can be labelled according to importance or priority and files can be viewed at any time. It allows easy transfer from the voice recorder to the secretary’s office.
The OM System AS-2400 is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1 and Windows 10. Included in the kit is Software for Mac OS X 10.3.9 through to 10.11 El Capitan.
