Cackle Return Policy

Return policy: We offer a 14-day return policy on items purchased through www.Cackle.co.nz website. If you have any problems with any of the products you purchase from www.Cackle.co.nz then you can return the item(s) to us, we will refund you. To do this please contact our returns department on Ph:+64 (0) 9 368 5639, obtain an RMA number then send the items back with this RMA number to us in resalable condition.

Warranties: Manufacturer warranties are only offered on products, and only if a warranty is available on those products, please inquire about warranties before making a purchase.

Shipping

Orders are normally couriered same day / next day with NZ Couriers where stock is in Cackle Warehouse. Products are usually delivered overnight following dispatch with some exceptions: some items may take up to 48 hours from the time of dispatch to the South Island. We will contact you if there will be a delay to your product being shipped.
